Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage in and improve the full lifecycle of services—from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement.
  • •Analyze ITSM activities and provide feedback to development teams on operational gaps or resiliency concerns.
  • •Support services before go-live via system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
  • •Maintain live services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health; improve reliability and velocity through automation.
  • •Support CI/CD pipeline promotion across environments with validation and operational gating; lead DevOps automation and best practices, including incident response and blameless postmortems.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Experience with algorithms, data structures, scripting, pipeline management, and software design.
  • •Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.
  • •Systematic problem-solving with strong communication skills, ownership, and drive.
  • •Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git/BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, and Chef (or equivalent CI/CD flow).
