Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead ICT and Security design and delivery on projects, including project costing, client engagement, and briefing.
  • •Develop technical solutions and produce documentation of design and specifications.
  • •Design ICT and Security systems covering communications passive infrastructure, IT networks, and electronic security systems.
  • •Coordinate with contractors during construction to ensure solutions are delivered as designed.
  • •Collaborate with Buildings and Places teams and the national AECOM Technology Advisory group across diverse project sectors, and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant engineering qualification in electrical, ICT, or communications, ideally with 10+ years of experience.
  • •Holding (or eligible to obtain) a relevant Security Advisor Licence and a professional engineering registration.
  • •Excellent technical and project delivery skills, including coordination and effective liaison with clients and contractors.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading and delivering ICT and security designs and consulting services within a Buildings environment.
  • •Strong consultative approach working with both technical engineers and non-technical project stakeholders.
