Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead consultative discovery sessions to uncover customer goals, pain points, technology stacks, and success metrics, then map findings to Workvivo solutions and outcomes.
  • •Design and deliver tailored, persona-based product demonstrations across Workvivo HQ, HQ Agent, Seer, Chat, Workvivo TV, and Advanced Analytics.
  • •Own the Solutions Engineering motion across APJ by managing opportunities end-to-end through qualification, technical validation, PoCs, RFP/RFI responses, security questionnaires, and commercial close in Salesforce.
  • •Serve as the primary SE for Japanese-language opportunities, conducting discovery, demonstrations, and technical conversations in Japanese with full fluency.
  • •Partner with Product Management and collaborate with Customer Experience and Onboarding teams to influence roadmap priorities and ensure seamless deal handovers for expansion.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • •Fluency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken) with experience leading customer-facing engagements, technical workshops, and executive presentations.
  • •A proven track record supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, contributing to six-figure-plus ARR deal closures.
  • •Strong technical acumen across APIs, integrations, SSO/SAML, HRIS data flows, enterprise search, and AI/ML concepts.
  • •Willingness to travel within APJ approximately 20–30% of the time while managing multiple deal cycles.
