Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors.
  • •Supervise and coach the sales training process to ensure high levels of service and sales.
  • •Proactively resolve consumer concerns and partner with store management on elevated issues.
  • •Participate in training for new hires and current employees on culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, and store policies.
  • •Manage cash handling and merchandise operations (e.g., shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, replenishment) and supervise in the absence of other management.
