Project Controls Analyst III

Develop and maintain cost control and planning/scheduling functions for complex projects, partnering with financial systems and company tools to deliver accurate cost data and baseline budgets. Analyze progress trends and cost impacts, support earned value methodology, and track manpower, labor hours, and costs versus budget and funding limitations. Gather data for procedure development, prepare reporting, and participate in project cost review meetings while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
