Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and DAX calculations for executive workforce reporting.
  • •Write and optimize SQL against enterprise data warehouses and integrate data across systems via APIs.
  • •Build automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps to deliver proactive alerts and business-ready insights.
  • •Prototype AI-enabled analytics experiences (e.g., conversational analytics and AI navigation) using AI-assisted tools like Claude Code and Copilot.
  • •Lead requirements conversations and enablement sessions, including documentation and coaching structures to help partner teams self-serve and extend products.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree (or 2+ years with an Advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD).
  • •8+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or a closely related analytics function.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Power BI (semantic models, DAX) and advanced SQL against enterprise data warehouses.
  • •Hands-on experience with Power Automate, plus working knowledge of Power Apps and Python.
  • •Experience partnering with stakeholders and enabling/coaching non-technical partners to self-serve analytics products.
