Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end project management for multiple real estate projects (planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout).
  • •Work directly with clients to develop scope of work, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resources, conduct complex requests for proposals, evaluate bids, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate charter and integrated timeline development and ensure functions stay on schedule with issues resolved or escalated.
  • •Facilitate regular project-status meetings and collaborate with the project team to implement and complete solutions; coach others within the function.
Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience (or a combination of experience and education).
  • •Healthcare client and/or pharmacy fulfillment/packing client experience is beneficial.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with MS Project or similar project management software; Smartsheet experience is beneficial.
  • •Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset; ability to develop innovative methods beyond existing solutions.
