•Partner closely with Operations teams to understand workflows, identify pain points, and design AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency and automate manual processes.
•Design and develop scalable backend services and AI orchestration workflows integrating LLMs, legacy systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
•Build internal operational tools and dashboards for real-time visibility into AI-driven decisions and business processes.
•Develop secure integrations with legacy and modern architectures to ensure reliable data flows across payment and operational systems.
•Monitor solution performance, API usage, model latency, and operational metrics while continuously improving reliability, scalability, and security.
