Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute business growth strategies for the NSEA region to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
•Manage and develop assigned territories by identifying growth opportunities, strengthening market presence, and ensuring effective customer coverage across the region.
•Identify and secure new business opportunities, strategic projects, and partnerships within the Surface Division.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, OEMs, contractors, and business partners to strengthen long-term collaboration and customer retention.
•Provide technical and commercial solutions that address customer needs and support business growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
•Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Commercial Management, or Territory Management.
•Experience in industrial solutions, surface technologies, or related industries is preferred.
•Regional or multinational business experience is an advantage.
•Strong strategic and commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
