Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with production SW and power architecture teams to define architecture/micro-architecture for power features.
  • •Understand how PMU function impacts the system and support silicon debug.
  • •Implement micro-architecture to RTL design.
  • •Help architect the next generation PMU for datacenter, GeForce, Auto, PC, and networking chips.
  • •Apply power/thermal control concepts such as active/low power and thermal management to system-level control features.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in electrical or computer engineering.
  • •3+ years of working experience, with preference for MS or equivalent.
  • •Strong communication skills and proficient oral English for frequent external communication with teams mainly in USA and India.
  • •Familiarity with frontend ASIC design.
  • •Experience with thermal management and active/low power design (e.g., NAFLL ADC, AVFS, DVFS, PG/RG/CG).
