Key Requirements

•10+ years reviewing and analyzing multiple curricula and program assessment requirements.
•10+ years analyzing, identifying, articulating, and validating new assessment requirements, creating learning objectives, and developing lesson plans.
•10+ years assisting with instructor preparation to sequence, schedule, and observe/evaluate delivery and/or delivery data to provide feedback.
•Master’s degree in Education, Information Systems, Business, or other technology (or equivalent: bachelor’s plus 4 additional years in a relevant field).
•Top Secret clearance required.
