Key Responsibilities

•Architect end-to-end solutions and unify compute, storage, virtualization, and backup with a Security-First mindset; design HA/DR frameworks
•Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to map workloads and requirements against technical gaps
•Produce High-Level and Low-Level Designs to serve as blueprints for sales and post-sales implementation
•Orchestrate complex POCs and technical workshops demonstrating the value of multi-vendor solutions
•Align infrastructure proposals with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and design immutable backup architectures for ransomware recovery
•Lead strategic bid responses, develop accurate BoMs, and provide competitive intelligence to the sales team
•Act as the technical liaison between Sales, Professional Services, and Vendor partners; mentor junior engineers and account managers

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science (minimum)
•Minimum 5 years experience in technical presales or related field
•Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery design using VMware, Hyper-V, Veeam, Dell EMC, HPE, Pure Storage
•Desirable IT industry/vendor certifications
•Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, data/AI, cybersecurity and bid/proposal processes
