Health & Safety Officer

Ensure statutory health and safety compliance across workplaces, including food safety and welfare. Drive implementation of HS and food safety policies, systems, audits, inspections, risk assessments, and training, while maintaining accurate records and investigating accidents. Coordinate with retail, production, and logistics teams to ensure HACCP systems comply, manage H&S committee actions, and provide regular reporting. Support QHSE/IMS implementation, documentation, training, audits, and compliance with legal requirements.
