Job Summary

Build and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments, partnering with a Deployment Strategist to take real projects from architecture through production validation and observability. Design agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations), build data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, and maintain KPI dashboards. Experiment with emerging AI tools and frameworks and turn field insights into product feedback.

•Co-build agentic AI solutions with customers, deploying working components into production environments.
•Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with a production system you can demonstrate.
•A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and willingness to expand as needed.
•Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including explaining prompt failures and fixes.
