Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-build agentic AI solutions with customers, deploying working components into production environments.
  • •Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines (model, ship, validate) across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
  • •Create and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health and outcomes.
  • •Continuously experiment with new AI tools/models/frameworks and feed field insights and platform gaps back to engineering and product teams.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with a production system you can demonstrate.
  • •A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
  • •Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and willingness to expand as needed.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including explaining prompt failures and fixes.
