Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute regression testing on Fortinet products using both manual and automated techniques, and create, maintain and execute test specifications and test cases
  • •Write and maintain automation scripts for regression suites
  • •Identify, document, and track software defects found during testing and ensure accurate reproduction
  • •Work closely with developers to ensure defects are correctly identified and fixed and collaborate with QA, product managers and others on feature understanding
  • •Document and publish release notes, user guides, reference materials and use case scenarios for new product releases

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of software testing experience
  • •Solid understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF and BGP, and switching
  • •Experience with Virtual machine environments (VMware/ESXi, Hypervisor)
  • •Experience with IPSec, data encryption and authentication
  • •Experience with firewalls, Linux and packet sniffing
