Job Summary

Build end-to-end production workflows and working prototypes that turn customer briefs into live-ready demos. Pressure-test new models, endpoints, and generative image/video features, and translate account-specific needs from embedded Forward Deployed Creative teams into scalable boards, templates, and pipelines. Partner with Sales on discovery and demo prep while documenting repeatable patterns so they spread across accounts and verticals.

Key Responsibilities

•Build end-to-end production workflows from concept to final delivery for brand, agency, and entertainment use cases.
•Translate customer briefs into working prototypes that demonstrate what is possible.
•Pressure-test new models, endpoints, and features and develop techniques pushing generative image/video frontiers.
•Build demo boards and customer boards for live pitches and in-account adoption with Sales and embedded teams.
•Develop reusable boards, templates, and pipelines, and document winning patterns for the team.

Key Requirements

•Deep, hands-on experience using generative AI for image and video, including understanding where it breaks and where it shines.
•A background in brands, agencies, or film production and VFX, with familiarity with how professional creative work is made and shipped.
•A portfolio demonstrating taste, craft, and range across mediums.
•Speed and a prototyping instinct—solving creative problems by building rather than planning.
•Comfortable working with Sales and embedded creatives to translate commercial goals into creative execution.
