Provide technical and strategic leadership for long-range mine planning that maximizes the economic value of mining assets while ensuring safe, sustainable, and efficient operations. Own life-of-mine (LOM) plan development and optimization, including pit designs, production schedules, and strategic project evaluation. Perform technical and economic analyses (e.g., NPV/IRR), build planning models in mine planning software, and collaborate with geology, operations, finance, environmental, and commercial teams to guide informed long-term decisions.

•Develop, maintain, and optimize long-range life-of-mine (LOM) plans aligned with business strategy and objectives.
•Optimize pit designs, production schedules, haulage requirements, and mining sequences to maximize asset value.
•Conduct scenario analysis, trade-off studies, and sensitivity evaluations; build strategic planning models using mine planning software.
•Perform economic evaluation and support capital project business cases, including NPV/IRR and cash flow forecasting.
•Provide technical leadership and mentoring to mine planning engineers, present recommendations to senior leadership, and ensure safety and governance compliance.

Salary: USD 125,440 - 172,480 annually

•Experience leading technical studies and cross-functional projects (open-pit experience preferred).
