Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve Wise’s product approach to managing and investing customer funds across the interest-rate cycle, balancing outcomes, yield, risk, capital, and liquidity.
  • •Design and improve controls, systems, and data used to manage counterparty risk at global scale.
  • •Establish clear, decision-driving metrics to clarify trade-offs between commercial outcomes and risk constraints.
  • •Drive alignment and prioritisation across engineering, analytics, and functional partners.
  • •Lead evaluation of external software vendors and evolve the operating model for central vs local ownership as Wise scales across regions.
