  • •Assist the Project Director/Project Manager with vendor management, SLA compliance, and monitoring timelines, deliverables, and budget adherence.
  • •Liaise between law enforcement agencies and providers, supporting implementation with clear coordination and communication.
  • •Manage RMS system upgrades, customization, and interoperability; ensure platform usability and incorporate user feedback.
  • •Oversee cybersecurity measures and data integrity standards, including conducting system design audits.
