Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform assembly inspection of transformers/regulators per established procedures.
  • •Conduct electrical testing on assembled single- and three-phase transformers/regulators and monitor conformance to quality standards.
  • •Run routine dielectric and loss tests (including OX, QC impulse, hipot, load loss, and no-load loss) as required.
  • •Perform power factor, ratio, resistance, and continuity tests; conduct operational tests on regulators as required.
  • •Follow procedures to document results using company forms and perform required visual inspections, nameplate handling, and minor test equipment maintenance.

Key Requirements
