Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and participate in the budgeting process and develop/refine revenue forecasts with business unit leaders and brand managers.
  • •Produce monthly and quarterly reporting to identify trends and variances to budgeted performance, and prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for leaders and executives.
  • •Own budgeting and forecasting for assigned business units, including analysis and interactions with executives and business unit owners.
  • •Collect and consolidate financial and sales reports from licensees; follow up to ensure timely, accurate reporting and proper compliance/submission of information.
  • •Partner with the OneStream platform owner to build FP&A planning models and reporting requirements, improve planning systems and automation/analytics/AI-enabled workflows, and drive finance transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience working in FP&A or Accounting (preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • •Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Experience with Tableau and/or Excel Power Query (preferred).
  • •Excellent analytical skills and strong communication, with proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
