Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and resolve functional incidents in production while ensuring a high level of service quality
  • •Understand user evolution needs and propose suitable solutions
  • •Help clients optimize ERP usage and benefits
  • •Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the functional road map
  • •Write functional specifications and ensure clear understanding with technical teams
  • •Participate in validating changes through test planning and execution
  • •Support change management for users (training, support, adoption)
  • •Contribute to service performance monitoring and activity tracking

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

  • •Ability to work in multi-client international contexts
  • •Analytical mindset with the ability to propose concrete solutions
