Senior Infrastructure Quantity Surveyor

Lead the commercial and cost management of major infrastructure and construction projects for the contracting entity, ensuring contractual compliance and financial certainty across the project lifecycle. Support the development and continuous improvement of cost management governance, monitor cost control and escalation pathways, and handle variations, cashflow forecasting, claims, disputes, and commercial negotiations. Oversee pre- and post-contract cost management activities, including valuations and final accounts, and mentor intermediate quantity surveyors while supporting programme-wide objectives in the aviation sector.
