Lead daily store operations for a Timberland fashion outlet, partnering with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive customer experience, merchandising standards, and operational excellence. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and support inventory and stockroom processes including shipments and loss prevention.
