Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the post-sales primary point of contact for a portfolio of major financial services customers, building trusted executive and practitioner relationships.
  • •Lead business-focused onboarding and success planning, aligning stakeholders and coordinating value delivery milestones with Solutions Architects.
  • •Facilitate executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and escalations, bringing in internal executives when needed.
  • •Partner with sales on renewals and identify expansion opportunities to mitigate renewal risk and build multi-year account strategies.
  • •Coordinate escalations with Technical Support and Engineering while representing the customer internally and translating needs into product/roadmap feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles, ideally in or adjacent to financial services (Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting).
  • •Ability to operate as a strategic business partner who ties outcomes to measurable business value, navigating organizational complexity.
  • •Familiarity with financial services regulatory and compliance drivers such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, PCI DSS, and operational resilience.
