Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional customer service by responding to product feature, benefit, and availability questions and making recommendations.
  • •Maintain visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise from the sales floor or stock areas.
  • •Perform cash register transactions accurately, including sales, returns, exchanges, and connecting customers to the loyalty program.
  • •Support store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming and outgoing product flow accurately.
