Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and extend automations on Alan Home and improve helpdesk automation, SaaS provisioning flows, and onboarding/offboarding pipelines.
  • •Own identity and access across the employee lifecycle, including role-based access models, access reviews, least-privilege, and audit-ready evidence.
  • •Own endpoint and SaaS security, including Mac fleet management in Kandji and SaaS security controls with Cloudflare WARP.
  • •Support the IT layer behind clinics with practitioner tooling, equipment access, and role/permission automation for healthcare professionals.
  • •Drive internationalisation of IT platform rollouts with repeatable processes and integration after acquisitions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 61,000 - 83,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4-5+ years in IT engineering/platform/systems with real ownership of production-facing systems.
  • •Depth in at least one domain (platform & automation, identity, endpoint & security) plus demonstrated range beyond it.
  • •Ability to write code; comfort with Python, APIs, and pull requests in a shared repo.
  • •Structured problem-solving with attention to failure modes and rollback.
  • •Comfort operating in regulated environments (health data, ACPR, ISO 27001, HDS).
