Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next in Inspection Centers.
  • •Take photos of vehicles so customers can see them in Carvana’s spinners.
  • •Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors and accurately identify any imperfections/defects.
  • •Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment while working in a production environment.

  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license (some positions may be subject to an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Ability to use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments.
  • •Team-player mindset and ability to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
