Key Responsibilities

•Develop and integrate antenna, radome, advanced sensor systems, and/or RCS ranges/chambers
•Collaborate with thermal, structural, mechanical, and systems teams to define, analyze, simulate, implement, and evaluate range requirements and test equipment
•Coordinate with chamber and range equipment suppliers and service partners
•Oversee the implementation of new ranges/chambers and ensure compliance with requirements
•Lead project teams, provide technical oversight, and contribute to technology roadmaps and modernization efforts

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including testing antennas or radomes in a chamber or test range
•Experience operating antenna, radome, and/or RCS chamber/range and understanding measurement theory for range operation
•Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date with potential to obtain special program access
•Experience leading project teams, providing technical oversight, and coordinating with cross-functional engineering groups
•Strong communication and collaboration skills with government personnel and programs
