2nd Shift- Bagger Operator

Fill in and perform multiple production tasks during the 2nd shift when the regular worker is absent, ensuring compliance with company policies and NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines. Set up assigned lines with stands and ice, distribute and manage knives throughout the shift, maintain a clean and sanitary work area, and train or cross-train associates on needed skills. Follow safety programs and use required PPE in a wet, cold, high-noise environment.
