Key Responsibilities

•Lead Brand Strategy & Management across Mudah and Carousell, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities
•Oversee end-to-end Campaign Strategy & Execution for integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
•Direct Social Media & Content planning, calendars, influencer collaborations, and performance optimization
•Support Media Planning & Partnerships, including paid, owned, and earned channels and partnerships
•Manage Agency, Vendor & Event Management, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high standards

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, Social Media, or Integrated Marketing
•Experience leading integrated campaigns from strategy through execution
•Experience managing multiple brands, business units, product categories, or audience segments
•Experience managing agencies, production houses, freelancers, and external vendors
•Experience planning and executing events, partnerships, sponsorships, or brand activations
