Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate powered equipment (forklifts, jack lifts, high lifts, powered industrial trucks) to support movement of product throughout the facility.
  • •Support a safe and efficient production line while helping deliver food products to customers.
  • •Perform production tasks while following safety, quality, and teamwork standards.
  • •Work your scheduled shift and be prepared to work overtime depending on production demands.
  • •Maintain readiness to work in a physically demanding environment and around sanitation/cleaning chemicals, strong odors, and animal blood/carcass parts as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • •Complete required certifications during the qualification period to operate the equipment.
  • •Be able to perform physically demanding work (including long standing/walking, repetitive motion, and lifting up to 60 lbs or up to 30 lbs overhead where required).
  • •Be willing to work in varied environments (cold 20–40°F, warm over 100°F, wet/humid) and follow PPE and safety procedures.
