Job Summary

Own the strategy and execution of a centralized, regionalized third-party logistics (3PL) network to support Crusoe’s fast-scaling cloud and digital infrastructure. Design warehousing to buffer supply shortages for data center deployments, optimize fungible inventory redeployment, and partner with Finance and Tax on sales/use tax and project funding structures. Establish SLAs, QBRs, and performance dashboards, and collaborate across Product, Supply Chain Planning, Engineering, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and manage a centralized 3PL warehousing network to optimize lead times for data center deployments.
•Partner with Finance and Tax to ensure warehousing strategies account for project funding models and localized sales/use tax implications.
•Develop fungible vs. site-specific inventory frameworks and create redeployment strategies to address shortages.
•Establish SLAs, QBRs, and performance dashboards to manage 3PL supplier scalability.
•Serve as the strategic link between Product, Supply Chain Planning, Engineering, and Finance to translate roadmaps into warehousing requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in strategic logistics, supply chain management, or 3PL relationship management, ideally in capital-intensive tech infrastructure (data centers, cloud, telecom, or energy).
•Strong understanding of tax/financial impacts of logistics networks, including project-based funding and sales/use tax implications.
•Proven ability to transform a decentralized, reactive warehouse footprint into a centralized, data-driven inventory hub.
•Experience insourcing and scaling capabilities from high-cost third-party logistics or customs processes.
•Deep expertise in material planning, lead times, and fungible inventory strategies in high-shortage environments.
