Associate Director - Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Lead end-to-end cost management for a large, mission-critical data center program, setting strategy for budgeting, forecasting, and change control across project phases. Build detailed cost plans and commercial governance, coordinate with scheduling teams, and deliver monthly cost reporting and executive updates. Drive cost risk analysis, value engineering, and cost optimization while mentoring junior staff and supporting proposal/RFP activity with clients and stakeholders.
