•Assist the line manager in achieving sales targets, maximizing profitability, and monitoring KPIs tied to the boutique sales plan.
•Partner with the line manager on store operations, cascading timely and accurate information and ensuring effective use of company systems.
•Ensure full compliance with health & safety, product safety, audit, and operating procedures.
•Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, resolving concerns, and recognizing outstanding service.
•Support marketing and merchandising initiatives, CRM maintenance, team training, and prepare monthly reports and documentation.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in luxury retail with 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory role, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
•Strong hospitality service mindset and relevant high-touch client experience in luxury.
•Professional working proficiency in English.
•Advanced proficiency in CRM and Microsoft.
•Experience supporting boutique sales performance using KPIs and coaching the team for results.
