Key Responsibilities

•Perform paintless dent repairs using advanced glue-pulling techniques on vehicle panels.
•Handle hail repair, repair creases and body lines, and repair larger-sized dents on steel and aluminum.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers to meet quality and timing expectations.
•Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment while working in a production environment.
•Be willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
•Use advanced glue-pulling techniques and perform hail repair, repair creases/body lines, and larger-sized dents on steel and aluminum panels.
•Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently and operate vehicle equipment and tools.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.
•Must use safety equipment such as face shields/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and protective garments.
