Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic direction and positioning for the Army account, including follow-the-money planning, competitive and SB analyses, and resource investment decisions.
  • •Develop and manage account plans: identify opportunity targets, coordinate with Business Line Leaders, maintain and grow the opportunity pipeline, and flow down goals to engagement teams.
  • •Drive pursuit support and sales operations: weekly SF pipeline reviews, ensure capture plans for major pursuits, support teaming/negotiations, and coordinate with FBS and Marketing.
  • •Own proposal and risk management activities, including facilitation of risk sign-offs, pricing/proposal review, and FAR compliance; lead big proposals.
  • •Lead key client relationships and oversight of account performance and recoveries, including monthly performance visibility, CPAR review/rebuttals, and OCI resolution via de-confliction and JV board participation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline aligning with AECOM business lines.
  • •15+ years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including 6+ years in a leadership role.
  • •US citizenship is required.
  • •In-depth knowledge of consultative selling approaches.
  • •Expert negotiation skills and strong communication skills.
