Own the operationalization of GTM strategy by translating complex business goals into scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. •Serve as a process and systems leader for how GTM strategy is operationalized across tools.
•Coordinate stakeholder discussions to define business and systems goals, prioritize requirements, and clarify deliverables.
•Translate business needs into functional and technical designs and handle intakes and troubleshooting.
•Design and orchestrate agentic workflows to automate sales processes and optimize GTM operations.
•Lead and guide offshore and onshore teams through end-to-end Salesforce and GTM tool implementations, evolution, and optimization.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated ability to drive projects with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
•Strong analytical, data-driven, communication, and organization skills, with ability to provide occasional after-hours support for critical issues.
