•Ship meaningful features quickly using modern workflows, feature flags, CI/CD, automated testing, and AI-assisted coding
•Design robust APIs, services, and data flows with emphasis on idempotency, reconciliation, and observability
•Contribute to engineering best practices and refine developer tooling to help the team scale
•Collaborate with Product, Design, Financial Aid, and Student Accounts to deliver end-to-end solutions
•Build the next generation of systems powering modern higher education to improve outcomes for students and teams

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 230,000 annually

•6–8 years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong backend focus
•Experience with Go, Python, or similar languages; familiarity with React is a plus

•Curious, growth-oriented, and collaborative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
