Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other project stakeholders.
  • •Administer contracts in line with project objectives and company policies.
  • •Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting through to completion, including cost variance and contract cash flow management.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage delivery against deliverables, KPIs, and objectives, including value engineering and governance.
  • •Manage contract change, drive improvements to forecasting and budgets, support sound commercial guidance, and negotiate final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, best-for-project attitude.
  • •Previous experience or strong understanding of cost management and cost monitoring/forecasting.
  • •Experience with contract management, with NEC3 (Option C preferred) highlighted.
  • •Knowledge of construction industry technical matters including procurement routes and value management/value engineering.
  • •Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject and/or holding or working towards professional body membership.
