Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical execution of projects including structural stability and strength analyses, structural design, and regulatory compliance activities for hydraulic concrete structures such as spillways and outlet works.
•Prepare structural reports, drawings, and specifications for hydraulic concrete structures on dams, levees, and water conveyance systems.
•Incorporate innovation in design and delivery, and support groups of engineers and designers with development of structural design documents and contract deliverables.
•Ensure designs meet contractual obligations and applicable standards with proper review and approval prior to client release, and supervise QA/QC procedures.
•Lead responses to client comments, present technical materials to project teams and stakeholders, interface with clients and subcontractors, and assist in preparing proposals and project plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•Professional Engineer license.
•10+ years of related engineering experience (preferred).
•Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering (preferred).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
