Job Summary

Own the operational, financial, and organizational management of a Domain/Area IT & Digital function. Partner with the Domain/Area CIO as a right-hand advisor to manage budget control, workforce and capacity planning, vendor governance, operational governance and controls, and executive reporting with transparency. Drive continuous improvement and special projects, improving financial and operational processes and introducing automation and reporting efficiency improvements across markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage IT&D financial and value tracking, including run and continuous improvement/change spend and value extraction.
•Oversee OpEx/CapEx monitoring, forecasting, budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, and cost allocation/recharge mechanisms.
•Lead workforce and capacity planning for IT&D, including headcount planning (internal/external) and contractor/managed service oversight.
•Ensure vendor and contract governance, including global vendor agreement compliance, SLA adherence tracking, renewals, procurement, and vendor consolidation.
•Support operational governance and executive reporting, including governance calendars, audit/cybersecurity standards compliance, KPI consolidation, and board-level materials.
