Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand their data and reporting requirements, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
  • •Partner with engineering teams to ensure that all critical data from Agoda’s products and applications is accurately captured and maintained.
  • •Design, develop, and enhance dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • •Implement and uphold data quality processes to ensure information is accurate, complete, and available when needed.
  • •Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes, helping to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably less than 2-year experience
  • •Proficiency in basic SQL, with the ability to write queries and work with large datasets.
  • •Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English within a professional setting, facilitating smooth collaboration with colleagues from different teams and diverse backgrounds.
  • •The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
