Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate, impactful product presentation (dressing room outfits, mannequin dressing, and foldings) per corporate visual guidelines and weekly directives.
  • •Complete weekly Go Lives and ensure VM equipment/props are organized and stored in a central location in the stockroom.
  • •Oversee VM recovery by swapping low lines, relocating slow sellers, removing duplicates, and replenishing empty notches during the day.
  • •Facilitate efficient shipment processing and place newness promptly on the shop floor according to each rack’s story.
  • •Analyze VM performance using the Customer Experience Tool and reports (RAV/Looker) to support weekly action plans with Store and VM leadership.
