Maintain top visual merchandising standards by following in-store VM guidelines and weekly directives. Execute compelling product presentation, including dressing room outfits and mannequin styling, complete weekly Go Lives, and manage VM recovery and shipment placement to maximize sales and customer experience. Use merchandising scorecards and reporting tools (e.g., Looker dashboards) to identify product opportunities, plan upcoming placements, and coordinate action plans with store and VM leadership.
