Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and maintain vehicle placement within the designated zone, moving vehicles to lot standards set by lot operations leadership.
  • •Use information daily from Supervisor and Lot Ops dashboards to make move decisions for the assigned zone.
  • •Ensure safe movement and staging of vehicles into correct work destinations, eliminating multiple drop-off points and less-than-full loads.
  • •Confirm vehicles can operate safely and coordinate with service and towing teams for inoperable vehicles.
  • •Label vehicles with sale and routing labels, communicate inventory status with crew leaders/managers, and follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or a different combination including an additional level degree/certification in a related discipline, or 5 years’ experience in a related field.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to safely drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
  • •Basic mechanical knowledge to identify issues such as flat tires, low gas, and jump-starting vehicles.
  • •Preferred: 6 months of auction or driving experience.
  • •Preferred: knowledge of lot operations/lot layout and/or LDM.

Licenses:Valid driver’s license
