Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with team members to communicate and address preventative maintenance needs, proactively identifying and resolving safety concerns.
  • •Identify performance gaps, implement strategic improvements, and detail hardware and process deviations to prevent recurring tool functionality problems.
  • •Maintain cleanroom cleanliness and orderliness by following housekeeping protocols and accurately storing and organizing items.
  • •Participate in improvement teams focused on increasing equipment availability and implementing equipment improvement initiatives.
  • •Attend Micron and/or vendor training on semiconductor tools and work/lead maintenance and improvement projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off) and be willing to move to different shifts and work overtime.
  • •2 years of experience performing preventative maintenance and repair of industrial machinery to ensure minimal downtime.
  • •2 years of experience using mechanical, electronic, and PC/software skills to fix and resolve manufacturing equipment issues.
  • •2 years’ experience maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience.
