Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead pre- and post-contract cost and commercial management, including Employer’s Agent services such as estimating, cost planning, procurement, cost assurance, and post-contract financial/commercial management of projects.
  • •Undertake the role of Employer’s Agent / Contract Administrator/ Quantity Surveyor, with opportunities across sectors including residential development and education frameworks.
  • •Join a diverse, growing team of Cost Managers, Commercial Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Employer’s Agents working across multiple sectors.
  • •Be part of the Project Management and Commercial Management Team (PMCM) delivering Quantity Surveying/Cost and Commercial Management, Employer’s Agent, Programme and Project Management and Project Controls for Building and Infrastructure projects.
  • •Work on iconic projects within a global consultancy, developing career and professional networks and leveraging international reach.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc in Quantity Surveying or working towards a professional qualification.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Employer’s Agent and Commercial competencies.
  • •Where applicable, demonstrable project management, project leadership and delivery experience.
