Key Responsibilities

•Lead supplier selection for specific product, leveraging approved supplier list and driving collaboration with strategic suppliers to accelerate development.
•Drive development of manufacturing BOM and ramp production with quality and manufacturing teams.
•Manage CAPEX throughout NPI and conduct value-stream mapping to optimize lead times and flexibility.
•Oversee BOM risk assessment and alternative sourcing to ensure qualification ahead of production.
•Converge bottoms-up cost curves to product cost and manage ad-hoc cost issues (tariffs, import/export costs, cost inflation).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical field.
•10+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement and development, or design of electronics and/or mechanical devices.
•Domain expertise of value/procurement engineering or TCO-related work at the component & product level.
•Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
•Master's degree or advanced technical degree (preferred)
