Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead supplier selection for specific product, leveraging approved supplier list and driving collaboration with strategic suppliers to accelerate development.
  • •Drive development of manufacturing BOM and ramp production with quality and manufacturing teams.
  • •Manage CAPEX throughout NPI and conduct value-stream mapping to optimize lead times and flexibility.
  • •Oversee BOM risk assessment and alternative sourcing to ensure qualification ahead of production.
  • •Converge bottoms-up cost curves to product cost and manage ad-hoc cost issues (tariffs, import/export costs, cost inflation).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical field.
  • •10+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement and development, or design of electronics and/or mechanical devices.
  • •Domain expertise of value/procurement engineering or TCO-related work at the component & product level.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • •Master's degree or advanced technical degree (preferred)
