Partner directly with executive leaders and shape talent strategy across manufacturing, automation, test, software, and hardware. Drive full-cycle hiring outcomes, build high-quality talent pipelines, improve recruiting effectiveness through process and calibration, and raise Talent team standards through mentorship, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

•Deliver exceptional hiring outcomes across manufacturing engineering, automation, test, software, hardware, and production-related technical functions.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership by shaping hiring strategies, talent priorities, and workforce planning decisions.
•Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across critical manufacturing and technical disciplines.
•Improve recruiting effectiveness through process design, talent market intelligence, interview calibration, and hiring best practices.
•Elevate Talent team capability through mentorship, coaching, and sharing recruiting expertise across the organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 186,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years leading full-cycle recruiting in highly technical, manufacturing, engineering, or complex operational environments.
•Proven success hiring across multiple technical domains including manufacturing, automation, software, hardware, test, or related engineering functions.
•Experience partnering directly with senior leaders, directors, and executives on hiring strategy and workforce planning.
•Demonstrated ability to operate independently with high ownership, sound judgment, and strong execution.
•Track record of mentoring, coaching, or influencing other recruiters and recruiting teams.
