Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates to achieve production targets in the Inspection Center.
  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting or exceeding production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities, identify strengths and weaknesses, and drive improvements through feedback and performance management.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory; partner with the General Manager on repair vs. reject decisions based on repair cost and vehicle quality.
  • •Train associates using Quality Control standards and help ensure repairs are completed effectively the first time to minimize re-checks and delays.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience using computers.
  • •At least 18 years of age.
